Step into the world of Dr. J. Arthur Terwilliger - an unscrupulous inventor who has designed a machine to capture stories right out of thin air…. Follow the story of three unique inventors as they set out to create the world’s largest collection of stories.

Driven by their quest, the inventors have fabricated a machine that can generate stories straight from the aether…. The only ingredient missing is the imagination of children.

Set as a travelling children’s show, A Most Peculiar Machine, is designed to teach young people about their innate gifts for creativity and imagination. While also showing them how to stand up to power, and teach adults the power of sharing.

The piece revolved around the circus arts of Chris Murdoch, the musical talents of Martin Reisle, and the storytelling of Ari Lazer.
